Mireya Tovar Light Design Studio was created with the strong purpose of giving more value to lighting in the architectonic projects. With a great passion for lighting and commitment to her job, our foundress bet on the lighting design as a synergy between architecture, psychology, science, art and technology. Getting in that way, along with well-known professionals of architecture, unique and customized projects where definitely lighting is “the star”, the protagonist.

Our objective is to bring every customer an original project, with an authentic personality, and a comfortable and pleasant sensation that goes into their skin.

MISSION:  To develop whole lighting projects, using lighting to create sensations and special emotions, having as a result a user living a satisfactory experience.

VISION: To get our job be well-known nationally as internationally, and be always the first option for the customer who looks for a professional service of lighting design that can guarantee a successful project.

DIRECTOR

Architect Mireya Tovar, Lighting Design Master, experienced in the architecture and interior design sector, whose sensitivity for lighting took her in 2011 to study a specialization in lighting at the IED (Madrid, Spain) where she made pre-professional internships at a well-known lighting design studio in Madrid; afterwards, she returned to Peru to continue working on this area.

Then, she created “Mireya Tovar Light Design Studio”, an independent lighting design studio, located in Lima-Peru, where she began directing a group of professionals, passionate about lighting, creating customized concepts for each project, and resulting in a professional work and satisfied customers who get to understand the importance and value of lighting.

Furthermore, she attends and participates in seminars, conferences, meetings, summits, and other national and international events of Lighting Design and Lighting Technology to keep up to date and get steeped in everything this sector offers.
